Answered By Bailey Alberello, Editor Hydration packs has a drinking tube bladder around where in the actual backpack has been created. Some of hydration packs are designed with a bladder only having straps located on the shoulders while others have side pockets and casing making them look like real backpacks. Backpacks having larger designs has a detachable bladder only incorporated with a special designed compartment for bladder insertion and provided holes for drinking tubes.
