What is an internal frame backpack?

Answered By Bailey Alberello, Editor

The design of internal frame backpack is composed of two parts located inside - a small frame and a large cloth part. The frame is incorporated by a metal or a specially created polymer molded on one's back providing a superior fit. Complex sequence of straps works together with frame distributing weights and holding it in place. This type of backpacks only provide little lashes points giving difficulty for larger and heavy things lashes for a more fixed cargo inside.
