What type of backpack should I buy for school?

Can you answer Stylin' Chick's question about backpacks?:

Drawstring, messenger bag, tote, or a regular backpack? Any ideas?

I've always been a fan of the messenger bags and totes! They're cute and trendy, yet they still function properly!

Well messanger bags are cute, but they can apply to much pressure to one shoulder. Studies say that a regular backpack is better on backs and shoulders, but I like messanger bags better lol.

Regular backpacks are the most comfortable and functional, especially if you will be carrying a lot and/or walking a significant distance with it.

Get a tote bag.
Totes are real stylish.

ck to see if your school has any requirements. My daughters school doesn't allow backpacks with wheels or overly large backpacks.

it depends on how much stuff you will be carrying. usually a regular backpack is good. drawstring backpacks will hurt your a back a little bit if there is to muchh weight in it.

Totes!
They're cute, and you can find them for pretty cheap, so you don't have to use the same one all the time.
You can make your own too, easily.
It really depends on how much stuff you bring to school though. I just bring a binder, a notebook, pencils & pens, and my make-up bag and it all fits pretty well in a medium-sized tote.

don't get a drawstring though! they're ugly as hell.

totes can really show what kinda person you are…especially one with bands or designs on them : ] i suggest a jansport though if yer gonna get a regular backpack. but not those stupid polka dot ones…to many people have them, and they just get annoying.

happy shopping : ]
